Terms & Conditions for The Kingdom Tattoos

1. Services

  • We provide tattooing, barbering, and related services, along with an online booking system, gift card sales, and portfolio access.

  • All appointments are subject to availability.

2. Eligibility

  • You must be at least 18 years old to book or receive a tattoo.

  • Barber services may be provided to individuals under 18 with parent/guardian consent.

  • By using our app or website, you confirm that you meet these requirements.

3. Appointments & Cancellations

  • Appointments can be booked through our app, website, or in person.

  • A deposit may be required to confirm certain appointments (e.g., tattoos).

  • Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance or deposits may be forfeited.

  • No-shows may result in loss of booking privileges.

4. Gift Cards

  • Gift cards have no expiration date and no service fees (as required by Washington law).

  • They may be used toward tattoos, barbering, or related services at The Kingdom Tattoos.

  • Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be redeemed for cash (except where required by law).

5. Payments

  • All payments must be made at the time of service or purchase.

  • We accept cash, credit/debit cards, and digital payments as made available.

  • Prices are subject to applicable sales tax (currently 9.1% in Spokane, WA).

6. Health & Safety

  • Clients must disclose any medical conditions, skin conditions, allergies, or medications that could affect the services provided.

  • The Kingdom Tattoos follows all Washington State regulations for health, sanitation, and safety.

  • We reserve the right to refuse service if it presents a health or safety risk.

7. Intellectual Property

  • All artwork, designs, logos, and content created by The Kingdom Tattoos remain our intellectual property.

  • Clients may not copy, reproduce, or use our designs without permission.

8. Liability

  • Tattoos and barber services are performed at the client’s request and consent.

  • The Kingdom Tattoos is not responsible for complications arising from failure to follow proper aftercare instructions or for undisclosed health issues.

  • To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the cost of the service provided.

9. Use of the App

  • Users agree not to misuse the app, attempt to hack, or interfere with its operations.

  • We may suspend or terminate access for misuse or violation of these Terms.
